ARCH is a Rehabilitation Center with over 200 patients that formerly belonged to the Catholic Church and is now affiliated with Nido di Speranza (nest of hope); it's mission statement is:

Helping people with disabilities in Cameroon achieve greater independence and lead productive lives through the provision of quality rehabilitation services.

The center consists of a workshop making prosthesis and walking aids, a special needs school and a physiotherapy, and skilled volunteers can certainly make a difference here.
